TUniComboBox.OnChangeValue事件不能正确触发

遇到个问题，升级到1597版本后，发现TUniComboBox.OnChangeValue事件不触发，造成界面不能按预期执行，后改到TUniComboBox.OnSelect解决，同时发现，当使用了OnSelect事件，则OnChangeValue正常触发。
