最简单实现自定义资源在窗体存储的组件

在VCL组件中有些组件以流的形式在窗体存储资源，比如图片，字符串列表，等等，不是特定的资源需要用资源文件的形式存储入独立的资源文件进行编译。这里用最简单的语句创建了一个能存储任意文件到窗体文件中去，并能在运行期间可以用内存流的形式读取出来。
