QQ显好友IP归属地

根据QQ P2P协议显示好友的IP地址和归属地,不用修改QQ原来的文件,也不用插入QQ的进程,诸如此类,一个费时10分钟写的小代码.ipcap.pas来自网络,不知道谁写的.不过就是个raw协议而已.
